Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location in an Eco Estate within the grounds of the grandiose Estuary Hotel and Spa is truly beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the estuary and the sea. The setting is ideal for vacationers wanting to soak in nature's beauty, though those visiting for business might find limited time to explore. The rooms are spacious but could use a little more attention to cleanliness and amenities. The dining experience is satisfying overall, with special provisions for specific dietary requirements but lacking variety for those avoiding pork or beef. The facilities offer a range of amenities to enjoy, though there are some areas that could be improved for better guest experience.
The hotel had some positives, like spacious rooms in a safe and quiet area, but there were noticeable issues like water marks on the ceiling, non-working lights, unclean TV remote, lumpy beds, no hot water, and mold in the shower. It felt more like a 2-star than a 3-star establishment for a queen room.
I had a mixed experience with this hotel. While the location was amazing with beautiful views and a lovely atmosphere, the room had several issues like water marks on the ceiling and lack of hot water. Additionally, the unexpected party next door was disruptive to our stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful and relaxing view of the surroundings. The generator was a savior, ensuring the air conditioning stayed on, which was much appreciated. The service was top-notch, and the location, nestled in the Eco Estate within the grounds of the grandiose Estuary Hotel and Spa, was breathtaking. While the dining experience could use more variety, the facilities were great overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and clean, lacked some essential amenities like a microwave and needed better upkeep. The water marks, lumpy beds, and cleanliness issues made it uncomfortable. The location was beautiful, especially for vacationers, but not so ideal for those on business trips. The dining experience was average with room for improvement. Overall, the place could use some care and attention to make it truly inviting.
